peace joy and comfort
peace joy and comfort
there are worse ways to live life
death comes for us all
peace joy and comfort
there are worse ways to live life
death comes for us all
what shall be breakfast
something fresh and slightly tart
no i'm not sharing
to hold back the night
capture that which once was there
a pond's reflections
two clouds be dancing
with the mountain's silhouette
a pine passes by
gaze across the pond
into the mountain of black
orange fades away
to race a river
pursue its majestic flow
a blue dragonfly
to pause a moment
and reflect on time just past
happiness with friends
across the meadow
all covered in sunlit green
a pine tree reaches
for we are the dead
we who have given our lives
respect and honor
respect who they were
and remember the fallen
those who've gone before
